Property and Tenancy Team Managers

Community Liaison Manager

The Community Liaison team are at the heart of community change, playing a pivotal liaison, knowledge and facilitation role. In this newly created role you will be responsible for managing a small team as well as taking an active role in implementing initiatives alongside the team.

Tenancy Manager

As a Tenancy Manager, your bread and butter activities will centre on providing outstanding end-to-end tenancy management services to an allocated portfolio of customers. The other opportunity to make a real difference will come through your support of the wider TRC team in delivering the broader social initiatives within our regeneration programme.

Maintenance Manager

As TRC’s Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of an external Property Management partner. This includes reviewing and approving reactive maintenance tasks logged by tenants, monitoring PM provider customer service levels and ensuring any maintenance is completed within relevant time frames and to an appropriate standard.

Team Coordinator / Receptionist

In this newly created position you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Tenancy Managers. This may include generating documents, maintaining databases and liaising with tenants and suppliers. You will also be the first point of contact for TRC tenants so professionalism, warmth, and a thorough understanding of the regeneration programme is essential.

Development Manager

As a TRC Development Manager you will manage the full cycle of development including acquisition, feasibility, budget control and procurement. While housing is a critical focus, community hubs like childcare centres and community halls are equally important in creating neighbourhoods people want to be a part of.
